Certificate of Conformance. At Buyer’s request, a Certificate of Conformance stating the Products conform to all Order requirements shall accompany each shipment. Seller shall have available for review all sub-tier certifications for goods and processes that support the shipment.
Certificate of Conformance. If a Certificate of Conformance is indicated as required on the purchase document, the COC must contain at a minimum the Seller’s name, manufacturer (if other than Seller), Battelle PO#, Battelle Item Identification (Part) Number with revision level, Manufacturer’s part number with revision level (if applicable), serial numbers (if applicable), batch identification of the item such as date code, lot, etc.; quantity of items covered on COC, signature of Seller’s representative, and date of certification.
Certificate of Conformance. Each shipment must be accompanied by a minimum of one (1) legible and reproducible Certificate of Conformance (“C of C”) that includes a statement that the items produced were from materials which conform to all applicable specifications, the country of origin, the country of manufacture and the Export Commodity Classification Number. Certificate of Conformance. All items on this PO require a certificate of conformance (“C of C”). This includes COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf) parts and parts that are manufactured to a Crystal Group print. If Seller is not a manufacturer (or service provider), in addition to the Seller’s C of C, the following shall also be included: • A manufacturer’s (or service provider’s) C of C • A Certificate of Conformance and Supply Chain Traceability (“CoCT”) - A certificate of conformance that provides evidence that the parts were obtained directly from the Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) or approved manufacturer The following shall be included on Seller’s and/or Manufacturer's C of C and/or shipping document with each shipment: • Seller’s name and address and reference to Buyer’s contract number and line item number. (Seller’s C of C) • Manufacturer’s (or service provider’s) name and address. (Manufacturer’s (or service provider’s) C of C) • Signature or stamp with title of Seller’s authorized personnel signing the certificate, date of signing, and a statement attesting that Goods provided under this contract conform to all contract requirements. Certificates utilizing secured computer-generated signatures with title of Seller’s authorized personnel are acceptable. • Part number and dash number (as specified by Purchase Contract (“PC”)) for each item • Revision level / version (as specified by PC) to which the Goods were manufactured (or serviced) • Traceability information, if required, representative of each item - to include the lot trace (e.g., date, batch, heat) or the individual item trace (e.g., serial number) • When multiple item manufacturers (or service providers) and/or multiple lots are included in one shipment, Seller shall separate and identify respective manufacturer’s (or service provider’s) lots, and indicate each lot quantity • If goods are Buyer furnished, so indicate on C of C by part number and quantity • Additional documentation requirements defined by the item specification as applicable When applicable, the following shall be included on Seller’s CoCT with each shipment: • Name, address and phone number of the OCM authorized distributor • Statement that the supplier is an OCM authorized source • Part number • Part manufacturer (“OCM”) • Lot code/Date code as applicable • Quantity • Supplier Quality Assurance (“QA”) manager Signature or stamp with title of Seller’s authorized personnel signing the certificate, date of signing, and a statement attesting that Go...
Certificate of Conformance. The Supplier shall provide a Certificate of Conformance (CofC) with all materials shipped in accordance with the Purchase Order. The certificate shall be signed, dated, and indicate title of the authorized company representative. The CofC should read as or contain content addressing the following: “I certify that [insert Supplier name] furnished materials and/or services are in accordance with this purchase order and all applicable requirements. I further certify that the materials and/or services are of the quality specified and conform in all respects with the purchase order requirements, including specifications, drawings, preservation, packaging, packing, marking requirements, and physical item identification (part number), and are in the quantity shown on this or on the attached acceptance document.”
Certificate of Conformance. C of C – Certificate of conformance (Compliance) must be provided for each shipment and item in a shipment and include a statement that all applicable specification(s), drawing(s), including reference to appropriate revision level(s), and purchase order requirements have been met or exceeded.
Certificate of Conformance. To obtain a Certificate of Conformance, the Company must successfully and to the satisfaction of Intercontinental complete all required tests on the version of the DAI that will be released by the Company for use by Direct Access Trading Participants and employees or customers, to access the Platform. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company may only make its DAI to the Platform available to Direct Access Trading Participants and employees or customers of Direct Access Trading Participants after it has received a valid Certificate of Conformance from Intercontinental. If the Company makes any changes to its DAI, it will perform an impact analysis to ascertain if such changes may have an adverse effect on the API, API Software, the Platform, ICE Futures Canada market participants, Intercontinental or ICE Futures Canada. If following the impact analysis the Company reasonably concludes that the change will or is likely to have an adverse effect, it must so notify ICE Futures Canada and Intercontinental immediately. Intercontinental in its sole discretion, shall determine whether conformance testing of the amended Company's DAI is necessary. Where Intercontinental so determines, the Company must not use the amended DAI pending successful certification. Notwithstanding receipt by the Company of a Certificate of Conformance, Intercontinental or ICE Futures Canada may at any time disconnect any Company DAI where the operation of such DAI is detrimental to the Platform, the API, ICE Futures Canada market participants, Intercontinental or ICE Futures Canada. At any time during the certification process, Intercontinental can at its absolute discretion suspend or end testing and where it does so, Intercontinental will provide as much notice to the Company as is reasonably practicable. Upon written notice from Intercontinental, the Company must successfully complete any additional functional and volume certification testing that Intercontinental requires.
Certificate of Conformance. The Supplier shall provide a Certificate of Conformance document that certifies all materials supplied and processes performed are in accordance with the XXXXX Purchase Order, and is signed and dated by the Supplier’s authorized representative. The certificate of conformance must also list the Xxxxx part number as written on the original purchase order. If the certificate is being supplied for special process, the Xxxxx batch lot shall also be listed as written on the original purchase order.

Certificate of Conformance. Certificates of Conformance are required for all processes and materials. Buyer’s part number and drawing number are required on all process C of C’s. Seller shall furnish a copy of any regular inspection report required with all shipments.
