Certificate of Lessee. Furnish a certificate satisfactory to the Lessor signed by a duly authorized officer of the Lessee stating the following:
Certificate of Lessee. Furnish the Lessor with a certificate signed by a duly authorized officer of the Lessee stating with respect to any Replacement Engine:
(1) a description of the Engine suffering the Event of Loss, which shall be identified by manufacturer’s serial number;
(2) a description of the Replacement Engine (including the manufacturer’s name and serial number);
(3) that on the date of the Lease Supplement and Mortgage Supplement relating to the Replacement Engine the Lessor will be the owner of such Replacement Engine (with such ownership interest reflected on the International Registry as a contract of sale if such Replacement Engine was acquired by the Lessor after February 28, 2006) free and clear of all Liens except Inchoate Liens, that such Replacement Engine will be on such date in good working order (subject to maintenance permitted or required by this Lease) and condition and that such Replacement Engine is of the same or an improved model of the Engine; and
(4) that each of the conditions specified in this Section 9(d) with respect to such Replacement Engine has been satisfied;
Certificate of Lessee. SECTION 26.01. Lessee agrees at any time and from time to time, within twenty (20) days after receiving written request by Lessor, to execute, acknowledge and deliver a statement certifying (i) the Commencement Date and/or Rent Commencement Date hereunder, (ii) that this Lease is unmodified and in full force and effect (or if there have been modifications, that the Lease is in full force and effect as modified and stating the modifications), (iii) the dates to which the Fixed Rent and Additional Rent have been paid, and (iv) whether or not to the knowledge of the signer of such statement (a) Lessor is in default in keeping, observing or performing any term, covenant, agreement, provision, condition or limitation contained in this Lease and, if in default, specifying each such default, (b) either party is holding any funds under this Lease in which the other has an interest (and, if so, specifying the party holding such funds and the nature and amount thereof), and (c) there is any amount then due and payable to Lessee by Lessor, it being intended that any such statement delivered pursuant to this Section may be relied upon by Lessor, any mortgagee, superior lessor or any person who may and does become a mortgagee, superior lessee, any person who may and does become a purchaser or assignee of Lessor's interest in this Lease or the mortgagee's interest in any mortgage or the Lessor's interest in the Superior Lease.
Certificate of Lessee. Such Purchaser shall have received a certificate signed by the President, a Vice President, the Chief Financial Officer, the General Counsel or the Treasurer of the Lessee, dated the Delivery Date for such Aircraft, addressed to such Purchaser and certifying as to the matters stated in paragraphs (x), (xvii) and (xix) of this Section 4(b).

Certificate of Lessee. Lessee shall have provided to Assignee a certificate of an officer of Lessee as to the signer's knowledge of the existence of any condition or event which constitutes a Default or Event of Default.
Certificate of Lessee. Such Financier shall have received a certificate signed by the President, a Vice President, the Chief Financial Officer, the General Counsel or the Treasurer of the Lessee, dated the Delivery Date for such Aircraft, addressed to such Financier and certifying as to the matters stated in paragraphs (x), (xvii) and (xix) of this Section 4(b).
Certificate of Lessee. At request of either party and without charge therefor, the other party will execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor a Certificate to the effect that:
