Common use of Certificate of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy. A copy of the certificate(s) of occupancy issued to the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor for such parcel of Real Estate permitting the use and occupancy of the Building thereon (or a copy of the certificates of occupancy issued for such parcel of Real Estate and evidence satisfactory to the Agent that any previously issued certificate(s) of occupancy is not required to be reissued to the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor), or a legal opinion or certificate from the appropriate authority reasonably satisfactory to the Agent that no certificates of occupancy are necessary to the use and occupancy thereof.

Certificate of Occupancy. A copy of the certificate(s) of occupancy issued to the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor for such parcel of Real Estate permitting the use and occupancy of the Building thereon (or a copy of the certificates of occupancy issued for such parcel of Real Estate and evidence satisfactory to the Agent that any previously issued certificate(s) of occupancy is not required to be reissued to the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor), or a legal opinion or certificate from the appropriate authority reasonably satisfactory to the Agent that no certificates of occupancy are necessary to the use and occupancy thereof.

A copy of the certificate(s) of occupancy issued to the Borrower or any Approved Subsidiary Guarantor for such parcel of Real Estate permitting the use and occupancy of the Building thereon (or a copy of the certificates of occupancy issued for such parcel of Real Estate and evidence satisfactory to the Agent that any previously issued certificate(s) of occupancy is not required to be reissued to the Borrower or any Subsidiary GuarantorApproved Subsidiary), or a legal opinion or certificate from the appropriate authority principality reasonably satisfactory to the Agent that no certificates of occupancy are necessary to the use and occupancy thereof.

A copy of the certificate(s) of occupancy issued to the Parent Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor Credit Party for such parcel of Real Estate permitting the use and occupancy of the Building thereon (or a copy of the certificates of occupancy issued for such parcel of Real Estate and evidence satisfactory to the Agent that any previously issued certificate(s) of occupancy is not required to be reissued to the Parent Borrower or any Subsidiary GuarantorCredit Party), or a legal opinion or certificate from the appropriate authority reasonably satisfactory to the Agent that no certificates of occupancy are necessary to the use and occupancy thereof.

A Unless covered by a zoning report, and to the extent available, a copy of the certificate(s) of occupancy issued to the any Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor for such parcel of Real Estate permitting the use and occupancy of the Building thereon (or a copy of the certificates of occupancy issued for such parcel of Real Estate and evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent that any previously issued certificate(s) of occupancy is not required to be reissued to the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantorsuch Borrower), or a legal opinion or certificate from the appropriate authority reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent that no certificates of occupancy are necessary to the use and occupancy thereof..
