Common use of Certificate of Origin Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Origin. 1. The certificate of origin referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 29 shall be that issued by the certification bodies designated by the exporting Party. 2. Such certificate of origin shall include minimum data specified in Annex IIB. 3. The issued certificate of origin shall be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
