Certificate of Participation. Contemporaneous with Participant's initial deposit of funds in the pool, ASFC will execute and upon request deliver to Participant a Certificate of Participation, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, evidencing Participant's participation in the Pool, which Certificate shall contain ASFC's guaranty of Participant's deposited funds as to principal and interest (see Section 5.1).
