Common use of Certificate of Registrar Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Registrar. The Registrar shall as soon as practicable upon written request after the date of any redemption, payment or purchase, send the Issuer and the Trustee a certificate stating (1) the aggregate principal amount of Securities that have been redeemed and cancelled, and (2) the certificate numbers of the Certificates representing them.

Certificate of Registrar.
