Certificate/Policy Effective and Termination Date. Except as otherwise stated herein, this Certificate/Policy of Insurance shall come into effect on the date BMO receives and approves the Primary Cardholder’s request for the BMO Rewards World Elite Mastercard. Except as otherwise stated herein, this Certificate/Policy of Insurance shall terminate on the earliest of: • the date the Insured Person is no longer eligible to participate; • the date the eligible Account is defined as ineligible by BMO; or • the date the Policy is terminated.
