The Federal PKI Policy authority may issue an x509 certificate and / or a letter of trust to one or more Entity or Entity partner operated certification authorities indicating this certificate policy mapping.   • Licenses and Certificates Contractor shall, at all times during the term of this Contract, maintain in full force and effect such licenses as may be required by the State of California or any other governmental entity for Contractor to perform the duties specified herein and provide the services required pursuant to this Contract. Contractor shall strictly adhere to, and obey, all governmental rules and regulations now in effect or as subsequently enacted or modified, as promulgated by any local, state, or federal governmental entities.

  • Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Certificates In the event that any Certificates shall have been lost, stolen or destroyed, the Paying Agent shall issue in exchange for such lost, stolen or destroyed Certificates, upon the making of an affidavit of that fact by the holder thereof, the Merger Consideration payable in respect thereof pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof; provided, however, that Parent may, in its discretion and as a condition precedent to the payment of such Merger Consideration, require the owners of such lost, stolen or destroyed Certificates to deliver a bond in such sum as it may reasonably direct as indemnity against any claim that may be made against Parent, the Surviving Corporation or the Paying Agent with respect to the Certificates alleged to have been lost, stolen or destroyed.

  • Certificate of Origin 1. The Parties shall establish by the date of entry into force of this Agreement, a Certificate of Origin, which shall serve to certify that a good being exported from the territory of a Party into the territory of the other Party qualifies as an originating good. This Certificate of Origin may be modified by agreement of the Parties.
