Certificated Reduction in Force. The Board recognizes its obligation to meet and negotiate with the Association with respect to the impact of layoffs of members of the unit prior to the delivery of the final termination notices to the members affected. The District shall notify the Association a reasonable time in advance of the delivery of such notices in order that such meeting and negotiating can take place.
