CERTIFICATES AND CALCULATIONS. The Borrower agrees to accept the statement of account sent by the Bank or by any other authorized representative of the Bank as conclusive proof of the correctness of any sum claimed to be due from the Borrower. In any litigation or other similar proceedings arising out of or in connection with a Finance Document, the entries made in the accounts maintained by Bank are prima facie evidence of the matters to which they relate. Any certification or determination by the Bank of a rate or amount under any Finance Document is, in the absence of manifest error, conclusive evidence of the matters to which it relates.
