Certificates and Permits. For employees who have established seniority and are chosen by the Company to perform work which requires certificates or permits by Governmental regulations, the Company agrees, during the term of this Agreement, to pay for the initial issue and annual renewal of those certificates or permits upon receiving documentation from the employee that he/she has successfully obtained the initial certificate. It is agreed that employees required by the Company to obtain a driver’s licence of a higher category than “G” would be allowed reasonable time off, with pay, and the required equipment to complete the applicable Government examination. Furthermore, the Company will pay the examination and medical fees, if any, associated with the obtainment and annual renewal of these licences for the designated employees. The foregoing payments are based on documented successful completion and obtainment of the required licence.

Certificates and Permits. The Company and its subsidiaries possess all certificates, permits and other authorizations issued by the appropriate federal, state or foreign governmental or regulatory authorities that are necessary for the conduct of their respective businesses, except where the failure to possess the same would not, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect; and neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has received notice of any proceedings related to the revocation or modification of any such certificate, permit or authorization or has any reason to believe that any such certificate, permit or authorization will not be renewed in the ordinary course, except where such revocation, modification or nonrenewal would not, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect.
Certificates and Permits. Permanent employees who have passed their probationary period who are required by the Employer to maintain certificates (such as Field Safety Representative or High Voltage Close Proximity) as a condition of their employment or to hold and maintain permits (such as the Electrical Permit Holder) shall be reimbursed such costs upon presentation of proof of payment.

Certificates and Permits. (i) Mortgagor has and will maintain in effect all necessary certificates, licenses, authorizations, registrations, permits and/or approvals necessary for the operation of all or any part of the Premises, (ii) the present and contemplated use and/or occupancy of the Premises does not conflict with or violate any of the same, and (iii) Mortgagor, promptly upon request by the Mortgagee, shall deliver to the Mortgagee copies of all of the same.

Certificates and Permits. During the entire term of this lease, the Tenant shall be required to keep in full force and effect all necessary certificates for the purposes for which the demised premises are rented, permits and other approvals or consents required by any governmental authority having jurisdiction over the business conducted by the Tenant as set forth in the purpose clause of this Lease.

If any governmental license or permit, other than a Certificate of Occupancy, shall be required for the proper and lawful conduct of Tenant's business in the Demised Premises, or any part thereof, or if failure to obtain or maintain any license or permit by Tenant would in any way affect Landlord, Tenant, at its expense, shall duly procure and thereafter maintain such license or permit and submit the same for inspection by Landlord. Tenant shall at all times comply with the terms and conditions of each such license or permit. Landlord agrees not to amend the Certificate of Occupancy in a manner which prohibits the Permitted Use under this lease.
