Certificates and Permits. 24:01 For employees who have established seniority and are chosen by the Company to perform work which requires certificates or permits by Governmental regulations, the Company agrees that during the term of this Agreement, to pay for the initial issue and annual renewal of Welder, Gas Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician and Pipeline Inspector certificates or permits upon receiving documentation from the employee that he/she has successfully obtained the initial certificate or has been invoiced for the annual renewal.
24:02 It is agreed that employees required by the Company to obtain a driver’s licence of a higher category than “G” would be allowed reasonable time off, with pay, and the required equipment to complete the applicable Government examination.

The Company and its subsidiaries possess all certificates, permits and other authorizations issued by the appropriate federal, state or foreign governmental or regulatory authorities that are necessary for the conduct of their respective businesses, except where the failure to possess the same would not, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect; and neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has received notice of any proceedings related to the revocation or modification of any such certificate, permit or authorization or has any reason to believe that any such certificate, permit or authorization will not be renewed in the ordinary course, except where such revocation, modification or nonrenewal would not, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect.

Certificates and Permits. Permanent employees who have passed their probationary period who are required by the Employer to maintain certificates (such as Field Safety Representative or High Voltage Close Proximity) as a condition of their employment or to hold and maintain permits (such as the Electrical Permit Holder) shall be reimbursed such costs upon presentation of proof of payment.

Certificates and Permits. Contractor shall secure at Contractor's own expense all necessary certificates, licenses and permits from municipal or other public authorities required in connection with the work contemplated by this Agreement or any part of this Agreement, and shall give all notices required by law, ordinance or regulation. Contractor shall pay all fees and charges incident to the due and lawful prosecution of the work contemplated by this Agreement, and any extra work performed by Contractor.

(a) Mortgagor has, and shall maintain (i) all necessary certificates, licenses, authorizations, registrations, permits and/or approvals necessary for the operation of all or any part of the Premises and the conduct of Mortgagor's business at the Premises, and (ii) all required zoning ordinance, building code, land use, environmental and other similar permits or approvals, all of which are in full force and effect as of the date hereof and none of which is subject to any revocation, amendment, release, suspension or forfeiture, (b) the present and contemplated use and/or occupancy of the Premises does not conflict with or violate any of the items delineated in clauses (i) and (ii) immediately above and (c) Mortgagor, promptly upon request by Mortgagee, shall deliver to Mortgagee copies of all of the same.

All related certificates and the permits and licenses as set forth under Section 4.8 above shall have been issued to the Company or Haimeng, as the case may be, by each of the relevant and necessary governmental authorities, and any and all the official documents evidencing that the Company and Haimeng, respectively, have complied with all regulations regarding annual inspection or audits or tax filing or that any necessary fines that may have been imposed on the Company and Haimeng, respectively, have been paid in full thereby;
