Certificates and Permits. 24:01 For employees who have established seniority and are chosen by the Company to perform work which requires certificates or permits by Governmental regulations, the Company agrees that during the term of this Agreement, to pay for the initial issue and annual renewal of Welder, Gas Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician and Pipeline Inspector certificates or permits upon receiving documentation from the employee that he/she has successfully obtained the initial certificate or has been invoiced for the annual renewal.
