Certificates and Policies. The Contractor will: (a) ensure the policies required under this Part are endorsed to require at least 30 days' prior notice from the insurer to the Company of alteration, cancellation or expiration; and (b) at the request of the Company, provide to the Company before commencement of the Work and at such reasonable times thereafter: (i) a certified copy of each policy required under this Part; or (ii) a certificate of insurance in a form satisfactory to the Company, evidencing the coverage required by this Part, signed by the Contractor and certified by the insurer.
