Common use of Certificates/Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Certificates/Endorsements. The Contractor shall provide to the Agency with current certificate(s)/endorsement(s) evidencing the insurance coverage referenced above. Failure to maintain the above-reference insurance coverage, including naming the Agency as an additional insured (where appropriate) during the term(s) of this contract shall constitute a material breach thereof.
