Certificates of Authorized Persons. The Group agrees to furnish to the Bank a new certificate of Authorized Persons in the event that any present Authorized Person ceases to be an Authorized Person or in the event that any other Authorized Persons are appointed and authorized. Until such new certificate is received, the Bank shall be fully protected in acting under the provisions of this Agreement upon Oral or Written Instructions or signatures of the present Authorized Persons as set forth in the last delivered certificate.
