All insurance coverages referenced in 7(b), above, shall be evidenced by one or more certificates of coverage or, with the consent of COUNTY's Risk Manager, demonstrated by other evidence of coverage acceptable to COUNTY's Risk Manager, which shall be filed by CONTRACTOR with the Planning, Building and Environmental Services Department prior to commencement of performance of any of CONTRACTOR's duties.
