Common use of Certificates of Lender Clause in Contracts

Certificates of Lender. If the Lender claims reimbursement or compensation under this Article 4, it shall determine the amount thereof and shall deliver to the Borrower a certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the amount payable to the Lender, and such certificate shall be conclusive and binding on the Borrower in the absence of manifest error.
