Common use of Certification and Professional Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Certification and Professional Qualifications. Each Group Practitioner shall be certified in the Specialty by the applicable medical specialty board approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties (the “Board”). If Group Practitioner is not board certified in the Specialty by the Board as of the Execution Date, Group Practitioner shall have a reasonable amount of time to obtain such board certification, provided that Group Practitioner diligently pursues such board certification and exercises his or her best efforts to complete this process and become board certified by the Board at the earliest date reasonably possible.
