Certification from Trusted Contractor. A credit history check is not required for a Covered Non-Employee employed by a Trusted Contractor that certifies in writing that a timely credit check has been performed and has not disclosed any derogatory information. Where derogatory information is found, access will not be permitted unless the responsible Security Department (in conjunction with Human Resources, the Legal Department or other appropriate personnel) favorably adjudicates the subject individual’s access after conducting a review of the report containing the derogatory information (with the subject’s consent and authorization).
