By submission of this proposal each Offeror certifies: (a) The prices in this proposal have been arrived at independently, without consultation, communication, or agreement, for the purpose of restricting competition, as to any matter relating to such prices with any other Offeror or with any competitor; (b) Unless otherwise required by law, the prices which have been quoted in this proposal have not been knowingly disclosed by the Offeror and will not knowingly be disclosed by the Offeror prior to opening, directly or indirectly to any other Offeror or to any competitor; and (c) No attempt has been made or will be made by the Offeror to induce any other person or firm to submit or not to submit a proposal for the purpose of restricting competition. CERTIFICATION OF INDEPENDENT PRICE DETERMINATION. By submission of this proposal each Offeror certifies: (a) The offeror (and all joint venture members, if the offer is submitted by a joint venture) certifies that in connection with this solicitation: (1) the prices in this proposal offered have been arrived at independently, without consultation, communication, or agreement, agree- ment for the purpose of restricting competition, as to any matter relating to such prices with any other Offeror offeror or with any other competitor; (b2) Unless unless otherwise required by law, the prices which have been quoted in this proposal offered have not been knowingly disclosed by the Offeror offeror and will not knowingly be disclosed by the Offeror offeror prior to openingopening of bids in the case of an invitation for bids, or prior to contract award in the case of a request for proposals, directly or indirectly to any other Offeror offeror or to any competitor; and (c3) No no attempt has been made or will be made by the Offeror offeror to induce any other person or firm to submit or not to submit a proposal an offer for the purpose of restricting competition.
