Certification of Local Expenditures. The Grantee shall certify the local expenditures entered in the (FPS) report via the Grant Manager web-based system for the previous fiscal year. The Chief Administrative Officer shall sign the certification electronically or in the format specified by the Department no later than March 1 of the current fiscal year.
