CERTIFICATION OVERSIGHT BOARD. 3.1. Establishment and Composition of the Certification Oversight Board 3.1.1. A technical coordination body called the Certification Oversight Board, accountable to the Joint Committee of the Parties, is hereby established under the joint leadership of the Technical Agents. It shall include representatives from each Technical Agent. 3.1.2. The Certification Oversight Board shall establish its own rules of procedure. 3.1.3. The joint leadership may invite additional participants to facilitate the fulfilment of the mandate of the Certification Oversight Board.
