SUSPENSION, INELIGIBILITY, AND VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION: Sub-Recipient certifies, by signing this Agreement, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or any state or local government department or agency. Sub-Recipient further agrees that it will immediately notify the State if during the term of this Agreement it or its principals become subject to debarment, suspension or ineligibility from participating in transactions by the federal government, or by any state or local government department or agency.
