CERTIFICATION REGARDING INSPECTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS. 1. In addition to the requirements of Section 10 of the Standard Contract, sections 119.0701(3) and (4) F.S., and any other applicable law, if a civil action is commenced as contemplated by section 119.0701(4), F.S., and the AAAPP is named in the civil action, Sub-Recipient agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the AAAPP for any costs incurred by the AAAPP and any attorneys’ fees assessed or awarded against the AAAPP from a Public Records Request made pursuant to Chapter 119, F.S., concerning this contract or services performed thereunder.
