CERTIFICATION REGARDING INSPECTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS. 1. In addition to the requirements of Section 10 of the Standard Contract, sections 119.0701(3) and (4) F.S., and any other applicable law, if a civil action is commenced as contemplated by section 119.0701(4), F.S., and the Department is named in the civil action, Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Department for any costs incurred by the Department and any attorneys’ fees assessed or awarded against the Department from a Public Records Request made pursuant to Chapter 119, F.S., concerning this contract or services performed thereunder.
