CERTIFICATION REGARDING PUBLIC ENTITY CRIMES. (SECTION 287.133 FLORIDA STATUTES). The Sub-recipient hereby certifies, through the duly appointed undersigned representative, that neither it, nor any person or affiliate of the Sub-recipient, has been convicted of a Public Entity Crime as defined in section 287.133, Florida Statutes, nor placed on the convicted vendor list. The Sub-recipient understands and agrees that it is required to inform the Coalition immediately upon any change of circumstances regarding this status.
