The Vendor, its sub-recipients, its agents, its subcontractors, and its vendors funded with federal funds as part of this Agreement must obtain a DUNS number prior to receiving funds, whether directly or indirectly, arising or originating from this Agreement. The Vendor hereby attests and certifies that it has a DUNS number. By signing below, the Vendor attests and certifies the representations outlined in this Exhibit C of the Agreement above are true and correct and further agrees and acknowledges that the Coalition has, is and will rely on these certifications and assurances as part of the award of this Agreement or contract to the Vendor and without said reliance of these certifications and assurances that the Coalition would not enter into this Agreement.
