CERTIFICATION REGARDING RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITIONS. The Sub-recipient certifies in accordance with 45 CFR Part 87 that direct Federal grants, sub-awards, or contracts under this program shall not be used to support inherently religious activities such as religious instructions, worship or proselytization. Therefore, organizations must take steps to separate, in time or location, their inherently religious activities from the services funder under these programs L.
