Identity Verification In the case that the Subscriber provides telecommunication services to any Subscriber’s Customers pursuant to Section 8.1, the Subscriber is responsible for performing and shall perform personal identification of Subscriber’s Customer. AS9100 Certification AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
E-Verification If applicable, Contractor represents and warrants that it will ensure its compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act of 2008, and will register and participate in the status verification system for all newly hired employees. Mississippi Code Annotated §§ 71-11-1 et seq. The term “employee” as used herein means any person that is hired to perform work within the State of Mississippi. ISO 9001 Certification The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their ISO 9001 Certification and submit updates, if applicable
Tax Certification If Contractor is a taxable entity as defined by Chapter 171, Texas Tax Code, then Contractor certifies it is not currently delinquent in the payment of any taxes due under Chapter 171, Contractor is exempt from the payment of those taxes, or Contractor is an out‑of‑state taxable entity that is not subject to those taxes, whichever is applicable.
Third Party Verification 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.
