CERTIFICATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS. As applicable to this Contract, Grantee certifies and affirms by entering into this Contract that these certifications and affirmations apply to Grantee and all of Grantee's principals, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, owners, agents, employees, Subgrantees, independent contractors, and any other representatives who will provide services under or who have a financial or other interest in this Contract.
