Common use of Certified Annual Audit Clause in Contracts

Certified Annual Audit. The Governing Board shall provide for a certified annual audit, or other financial reporting as required by law, of the accounts and records of the Commission, which shall conform to generally accepted accounting standards and requirements set forth by the Utah State Auditor.
