Common use of Certified Cost Records Clause in Contracts

Certified Cost Records. The Consultant shall furnish certified cost records for all xxxxxxxx pertaining to other than lump sum fees to substantiate all charges. For such purposes, the books of account of the Consultant shall be subject to audit by the City. The Consultant shall complete work and cost records for all xxxxxxxx on such forms and in such manner as will be satisfactory to the City.
