Common use of CERTIFIED EXPENDITURE MATCH Clause in Contracts

CERTIFIED EXPENDITURE MATCH. Contractor shall certify to the State, on a monthly basis as specified in Exhibit B & G, the Contractor’s allowable costs to provide the cooperative program services identified in the Scope of Work, in accordance with the Cooperative Agency Certified Expenditure Budget Summary and Narrative, and applicable Federal regulations. All such expenditures shall be under the administrative supervision of the State and no portion of the certified expenditures shall come from Federal funds. The State shall not be obligated to pay the Contractor for any contributions made by the Contractor in accordance with the Cooperative Agency Certified Expenditure Budget Summary.
