Progress Payments; Retainage. A. Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor’s Applications for Payment on or about the first day of each month during performance of the Work as provided in Paragraph 6.02.A.1 below, provided that such Applications for Payment have been submitted in a timely manner and otherwise meet the requirements of the Contract. All such payments will be measured by the Schedule of Values established as provided in the General Conditions (and in the case of Unit Price Work based on the number of units completed) or, in the event there is no Schedule of Values, as provided elsewhere in the Contract.
Progress Payments; Retainage. A. Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor’s Applications for Payment on or about the 25th day of each month during performance of the Work as provided in Paragraph 6.02.A.1 below as long as the pay request is received by the 1st of the month. All such payments will be measured based on the number of units completed times the unit price of each completed unit.
Progress Payments; Retainage. A. NBU shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of the Contractor’s Applications for Payment within 30 days of NBU’s acceptance of the payment application:
Progress Payments; Retainage. Owner shall make monthly progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment, no more often than monthly during construction as provided below. Each Application for Payment shall be based on the schedule of values established in paragraph 2.7 of the General Conditions (and in the case of Unit Price Work based on the number of units properly completed) or, in the event there is no schedule of values, as provided in the General Conditions. Such Application for Payment shall be supported by such data substantiating Contractor's right to payment as Owner may require, such as copies of requisitions from subcontractors and material suppliers.

Owner shall make progress payments in accordance with Article 14 of the General Conditions on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment as recommended by Engineer, once each month during construction as provided below. All progress payments will be on the basis of the progress of the Work measured by the number of units of each bid item completed times the bid unit price in the Unit Price Schedule of the Bid Form for that item.

County shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment as recommended by Engineer, on or about the fifteenth (15th) day of each month during construction as provided in paragraph 4.1.1. All such payments will be measured based on the number of units completed. Payments to the Contractor shall in no way imply approval or acceptance of Contractor’s work.
