Certified Payroll Reports. Pursuant to NRS Chapter 338, any public work contract awarded for $100,000 or more, the Contractor and each Subcontractor are required to: i. Keep an accurate record showing the (1) name of worker, (2) occupation of the worker, (3) if the worker has a driver’s license or identification card, an indication of the state or other jurisdiction that issued the license or card and (4) the actual per diem wages and benefits paid to each worker employed by them in connection with the Work. These records are referred to as the “certified payroll reports.” ii. Keep an additional accurate record showing, for each worker employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor who has a driver’s license or identification card (1) the name of the worker, (2) the driver’s license or identification card number of the worker, and (3) the state or other jurisdiction that issued the license or card. iii. The Contractor, and each Subcontractor through the Contractor, is required to submit a copy of the certified payroll reports for each calendar month to the Owner no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of the month. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating the submittal of all the certified payroll reports for the Project, including the reports of each Subcontractor who is performing Work on the Project. The Contractor agrees to contact the Nevada State Labor Commissioner with any question concerning the payment of prevailing wage rates.
