Cessation of Benefits. 7. All company benefits not expressly extended to you pursuant to this Agreement shall be terminated effective 12:01 a.m. on the day after the Employment Termination Date. In addition, prior to the Corporation taking action that would cause a forfeiture to you of any payment, or benefit in accordance hereunder, it shall give you written notice of the events giving rise to such action and no less than thirty (30) days to cure such events.
