Common use of Cessation of Disability Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Disability. If the Officer becomes Disabled while employed as an Eligible Officer, but ceases to be Disabled (such date of recovery hereafter referred to as the “Cessation Date”) prior to the date on which he or she would have been entitled to a Supplemental Benefit under Section 5.1, the period during which the Officer was Disabled shall be included in the Officer’s period of Continuous Employment and Continuous SRP Employment if (and only if):

Cessation of Disability. If the Officer becomes Disabled while employed as an Eligible Officera Company officer, but ceases to be Disabled (such date of recovery hereafter referred to as the “Cessation Date”) Date occurs prior to the date on which he or she would have been entitled to a Supplemental Benefit under Section Paragraph 5.1, the period during which the Officer was Disabled shall be included in the Officer’s period of Continuous Employment and Continuous SRP Employment if (and only if):
