Cessation of Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Section 17, all rights and licenses granted by Bluebird to Celgene in Section 10.1 will terminate, and all rights granted by Celgene to Bluebird in Section 10.2 will terminate, and Celgene and its Affiliates and Sublicensees will cease all use of Bluebird Licensed IP and all Development and Commercialization of Elected Candidate and Licensed Product.
