Common use of Cessation of Rights Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Rights. Upon termination or suspension of this agreement and of the Licence granted under it, all rights granted by Recorded Music to the Licensee shall immediately revert to Recorded Music free and clear of any claims by the Licensee and the Licensee shall have no further right of Communication, limited Reproduction or Transient Copying of Controlled Recording nor to exercise any other rights granted to the Licensee pursuant to this agreement.
