Cessation of services. (1) The PHO will ensure that it provides First Level Services and Urgent Care Services in accordance with this Schedule. (2) In the event of a temporary or permanent cessation of those Services by it or any of its Contracted Providers, the PHO will ensure that it or the relevant Contracted Provider has put in place alternative arrangements for continued provision of First Level Services and Urgent Care Services.
