Cessation on Termination. Except in connection with the disposition of then existing Product, upon the termination of this Agreement, for any reason whatsoever, S&N shall immediately cease and shall cause all of its permitted assigns and sublicensees to cease, any and all use of the Nanocrystalline Marks and discontinue the offering of all products and services in association with the Nanocrystalline Marks.
