Cessions by the Buyer. The Buyer can not cede to any third party any right or interest in this Agreement nor delegate any obligation without the written consent by the Seller, except that such cession or delegation is performed to any company that belongs to the same corporate group of the Buyer. In the event that the Buyer does not accomplish with the established in this Clause, the Seller will have the right, without prejudice of any other right or legal resource derived from the present Agreement or any other source, to terminate this Agreement with immediate effects (without the need of any judicial declaration) through written notice to the Buyer.
