Common use of CFO Certificate Clause in Contracts

CFO Certificate. The Representatives shall have received a certificate, dated the date of this Agreement and dated such Closing Date, of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, satisfactory to the Representatives, as to the accuracy of certain data contained in the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus, respectively.

CFO Certificate.
