Chair of the Meeting. An Employer and a Union representative shall be designated as joint chairpersons and shall alternate in presiding over meetings.

Chair of the Meeting. In the absence of the Chair of the Board (if any), the President (if any) and any Vice-President (who is a director), the shareholders present and entitled to vote shall elect a director of the Corporation as chair of the meeting and if no director is present or if all the directors present decline to take the chair then the shareholders present shall elect one of their number to be chair.
