The Chairman of the Board of Trustees, if anyone be elected, shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders Board of Trustees and of the Trustees unless shareholders at which he shall be present. Unless otherwise provided specified by the Board of Trustees, he shall be the chief executive officer of the Company and perform the duties customarily performed by chief executive officers, and may perform any duties of the President. In general, he shall perform all such other duties and shall have such other powers as the Trustees may determine are from time to timetime assigned to him by the Board of Trustees.
