Common use of CHAIRPERSON; VICE CHAIRPERSON; SECRETARY Clause in Contracts

CHAIRPERSON; VICE CHAIRPERSON; SECRETARY. 1. The Chairperson shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Consortium. 2. The Chairperson, or in the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson, shall preside at all meetings of the Board. 3. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson shall perform all duties related to that office. 4. The Secretary shall retain custody of all reports, statements, and other documents of the Consortium and ensure that minutes of each Board meeting are taken and transcribed which shall be acted on by the Board at a subsequent meeting, as appropriate.
