Chairperson. The President of HCEA/designee or the Superintendent/designee can convene the Labor/Management Committee. Responsibility for chairing meetings shall alternate each meeting between HCEA and HCPSS. Each party will determine whether their chair assignment will be permanent or rotate among their members.
