Common use of Championship Schedules Clause in Contracts

Championship Schedules. On or before July 1 of each year, copies of the tentative championship schedules of the Major Leagues for the next ensuing season shall be submitted to the Association for review. The Office of the Commis- sioner will use best efforts to include times of games. The Association shall complete its review not later than September 1. Thereafter, the Office of the Commissioner will promptly notify the Association of proposed changes in the tentative championship schedules submitted to the Association above.
