Common use of CHAMPUS/TRICARE Quality and Utilization Review Programs Clause in Contracts

CHAMPUS/TRICARE Quality and Utilization Review Programs. PPG agrees to comply with all provisions of the CHAMPUS/TRICARE Quality and Utilization Review programs, including the provision of medical records and other documentation for cases being reviewed by FHFS or another CHAMPUS/TRICARE contractor in compliance with these programs. PPG further authorizes such CHAMPUS/TRICARE National Quality Monitoring Contractors to release all review data obtained through medical record and other document audit to FHFS. (Per TRICARE Network Provider Manual, approved by DoD.)
