Common use of Change and Termination Clause in Contracts

Change and Termination. 7.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon acceptance by the Customer of the terms and conditions of this offer and is valid until the end of the Event. 7.2. The Contractor shall have the right to unilaterally, without giving reasons withdraw from this Agreement. 7.3. The Customer has no right to unilaterally withdraw from this Agreement after acceptance of its terms and conditions. 7.4. The Contractor has the right to amend and supplement the terms and conditions of this Agreement without prior notice to the Customer. The use of the Contractor's services by the Customer, as well as payment after the amendments and additions are made, means the Contractor’s acceptance of such amendments and additions.
